Episode by episode

A headset switched on for the first time loads a menu: a strict boss, a neighbor, a gamer and other profiles, each with a name and a short tag. The new user reads through them while a woman who guides the dream tells him to pick anyone. She says she is not one of the choices. She runs the dream, she explains, and he cannot have her. He wants her anyway. She wants him to stay inside the rules she wrote.

  1. EP 1

Episode 1: The woman off the menu

The user puts on the headset and scrolls through the list of profiles. The guide invites him to choose any woman he likes, and he chooses her. She refuses, saying she runs the dream and is not available. The session starts to break apart, and he is pulled back out before he can argue.
