Jake, both hands in casts, cannot manage the simplest task alone, and the agency has promised a woman in her sixties, so he expects help with buttons and meals and nothing more. His wife works all day and returns at seven. Mila, the nurse who actually appears, is around thirty and in no hurry to keep things clinical. She wants a patient who lets her run the visit.

The front door opens on a woman nowhere near the age the agency promised. Mila notes the casts on both hands, goes off to swap her clothes for something more fitting and comes back to examine him. The checkup turns to the pressure he cannot hide, and she announces that her patient will get special treatment.
