Episode by episode

A leak under a kitchen sink brings the new tenant across the hall in the middle of the night, and he fixes it in minutes. The couple who live there are Jake, who works nights, and his wife Simona. Jake thanks him and requests that he look in on her during the night hours, half joking that she might do something reckless. The tenant wants to be a decent neighbor. Simona wants company during the hours her husband is gone, and repairs are an easy reason to knock.

    The tenant fixes the couple's leak and introduces himself to Jake and Simona. Jake leaves for his shift and asks the newcomer to watch over his wife. That same night Simona knocks on his door with another leak she says is keeping her awake. He fixes that one too, and she compliments his hands in a way that lingers.

    Simona sees her husband off, then calls the tenant about a shower that sprayed water everywhere. He finds the head has been loosened by hand, and both of them end up soaked.
