A yoga mat lies in the middle of the living room when Nick arrives at his brother Ryan's house for a visit. Molly, Ryan's fiancée, runs yoga classes over a webcam, since Ryan forbids studio work that would put her hands on strangers. She greets Nick as the little brother, though he is about to turn thirty. Ryan is not home yet. Molly is lonely and keen for company. Nick wants a pleasant visit and no trouble with his brother.

    Molly takes Nick for the younger sibling and he corrects her with his age. She invites him to join her class and tells him to take his shirt off before he starts sweating. While adjusting his poses she explains Ryan's rule about the studio. The session is interrupted when Ryan comes home and calls out her name.

    Episode 2: Protein mousse

    Ryan warns Molly about crossing lines with his brother, and she accuses him of hiding her from the world. Later she teases Nick about his fitness and compares him with Ryan, and Nick claims at least one advantage. At the counter she whips up a chocolate mousse with protein powder, feeds him a spoonful and lets her top slip without apology.
