Episode by episode

A doorway and a sharp order to come in start the arrangement. Ava is about to marry Brad, who is too busy for any of the preparation. She needs someone to rehearse with, so her stepbrother Leo plays the groom. Brad, on the phone, calls Leo harmless and approves. Ava wants practice that feels real. Leo wants to help without forgetting whose wedding it is, or who is paying attention downstairs.

    Ava tells Leo that today he is Brad and shows him where Brad's hands go, then where she would prefer them. Brad calls and approves of the stand-in. Leo rehearses vows of his own, promising to notice when she goes quiet. When they reach the line about kissing the bride, Ava decides to test how harmless he is.

    Episode 2: Tighter, then the wedding night

    Ava changes into an after-party dress and asks Leo's opinion, and he says she looks like something out of a fairy tale. She has him tighten the bodice. They run the kiss again. A visitor downstairs asks whether Ava is home, and she hushes Leo and declares the rehearsal will jump straight to the night after the vows.
