A Pilates mat unrolled in a sunny living room is the first thing the visitor notices when he arrives at his best friend Gerald's house. Gerald has gone out, and only his stepmother, Veronica, is home. The visitor has admired her for some time. Her friend Holly turns up soon after for their workout session, full of teasing and noise. Veronica likes being looked at. Holly likes winning. The visitor only came to help with a favor.

    Episode 1: Gerald is out

    Veronica startles at the door, then welcomes the visitor and explains that Gerald should be back soon. Holly arrives expecting a workout and finds her friend not dressed for it. While Veronica changes, Holly admires the visitor's stomach and his outfit. The two women strike a quiet wager about which of them he will choose first, and he has no idea it exists.

    Episode 2: Stretches and comparisons

    He tries to excuse himself and the women talk him into staying for the workout. Each asks him to press on a tight muscle, Veronica her thighs and back, Holly her shoulders. His hands drift and the rivalry sharpens, moving from playful remarks to an argument about whose figure is more natural. The scene ends with the women agreeing to settle it side by side.
